Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime, in a few clicks from your account. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate or refund partial periods.
How to cancel
- Sign in at breakpointwagers.com
- Open your account / billing settings
- Click Manage subscription — this opens the Stripe Customer Portal
- Click Cancel subscription — confirmation in one click
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens after you cancel
- Access continues through the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel on day 5 of a monthly cycle, you keep access through day 30.
- No charges after the current period ends.
- If you change your mind before the period ends, you can resume the subscription from the same Customer Portal. After the period ends, you'd sign up fresh at then-current pricing.
- Data retention: see our Privacy Policy. Account data is kept for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted on request.
Refunds
We don't pro-rate or refund partial periods — you received the service for the days you used it. The exceptions:
- Service issues: if breakPoint was substantially broken or unavailable for an extended period, email us. We may issue a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
- Billing errors: any incorrect charge (duplicate, unauthorized, wrong amount) is fully refundable. Email us within 30 days of the charge.
Failed payments
If we attempt to charge your card and it fails:
- Stripe automatically retries over the following two weeks.
- You'll get email notifications from Stripe.
- If all retries fail, your subscription is canceled and access ends.
- Update your card via the Customer Portal at any time to resume.
